Specifications of a Playstation 3 are very high in context of CPU, GPU Processor. Generally our current computer generation is not able to reach to the expectations of a PS3 Emulator to play ps3 games on pc, currently we are using upto 4rd Generation of Processors which supports upto 8 cores of processors, but still as all the cores cannot be used for single application, extreme slow speeds would be observed if Emulator would be developed. Additionally GPU specifications also requires huge RAM and high graphics capability which cannot be coped up with our computer systems. This is what that limits the developers to make a PS3 Emulator to play ps3 games on pc. So as till now it is close to impossible to play ps3 games on pc.
